     Viticulture and Vinification
    Riesling Rhein at Cramele Recas is a relatively new variety. We are deciding the timing of harvest based of flavor profile over more conventional measures like sugar level. The wine shows fresh acidity coupled with attractive floral notes. Winery procedures are kept simple to maintain the grape freshness above all.

     Tasting notes
    Yellow color, with green reflexes, very good limpidity. Pleasant white flowers, fruits (ripe pears and apricots) and lemon aromas, with vegetal and mineral aspects. Good acidity, medium body, well integrated alcohol, cooling, mineral with slight critic hints, slight almond and pear finish and good aftertaste. This is a fresh wine.

     We recommend this wine with:
    Wine with fresh cheeses, fish eggs based starters, truffles based courses, sushi, smoked/salted fish, grilled fish, pasta with seafood, Asian cuisine, lemon tart.
